No Refund Policy

Because our services, digital products, and memberships deliver immediate value and access, all sales

are final and non-refundable. By purchasing from Integrity Credit Academy, you agree to the terms

below.

1. Purchases Covered by This Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all purchases made with Integrity Credit Academy, including but not

limited to:

• Credit repair / dispute services (personal credit)

• ChexSystems & Early Warning Services (EWS) removal services

• Bankruptcy reporting challenge services

• Done-for-you “combo” or bundled services

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, templates, checklists, workbooks, trainings, videos, online

content)

• Memberships, subscriptions, and portal / community access

• Consultations, strategy calls, or one-time sessions, whether delivered by phone, video, or online

Once payment is completed for any of the above, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

2. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Integrity Credit Academy are non-refundable. We do not provide:

• Refunds

• Partial refunds

• Store credits

• Exchanges for other products or services

This applies regardless of: change of mind; lack of time to use the service or materials; failure to follow

instructions, respond, or provide requested documents; personal financial hardship after purchasing; or

dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed outcomes (such as specific score changes or loan approvals).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a

refund under any circumstances, except where required by law.

3. When a Service Is Considered “Delivered”

For the purposes of this policy and for any payment dispute review, a service is considered delivered

when any of the following occurs:

• You complete an intake or onboarding form and your file is created and reviewed

• Our team reviews your credit reports or account information

• We draft and/or send disputes, challenges, or letters on your behalf

• We provide you with access to a portal, membership, or digital content

• A consultation, strategy call, or review is scheduled and/or conducted

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, templates, trainings) are delivered via link or email

Once any of the above have happened, the service has been rendered in whole or in part, and the

payment remains non-refundable.

4. Results & Expectations (No Guarantees)

Credit, banking, and funding results depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not

limited to your current and past credit profile, banking history, the accuracy of information provided by

you and third parties, the actions you take during and after our process, and decisions made by credit

bureaus, banks, and lenders.

Because of this:

• We do not guarantee specific credit scores or score increases

• We do not guarantee that specific items will be deleted or changed

• We do not guarantee approvals for any credit card, loan, line of credit, or funding amount

• We do not guarantee any specific timeline for changes or results

Our role is to provide professional services, education, structure, and support — not to promise or sell

guaranteed outcomes. Dissatisfaction with non-guaranteed results does not qualify for a refund or

chargeback.

5. Subscriptions, Memberships & Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a membership, subscription, or recurring plan:

• Your card or payment method will be billed automatically according to the schedule shown at

checkout

• You may request cancellation of future billing by contacting us before your next renewal date

• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not generate a refund for past payments

We do not provide refunds for months or billing cycles already processed, or for periods of time where

you did not log in, attend, or use the membership or content.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Integrity Credit Academy, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any

issue before contacting your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does

not invalidate this No Refund Policy.

In response to any chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide your bank or payment

processor with:

• A copy of this No Refund Policy

• Records of your checkout/checkout agreement and timestamps

• Copies of signed forms, JotForm submissions, and onboarding documents

• Portal logs and evidence of access to digital products or services

• Email, message, or chat communications

• Evidence of work performed (such as drafted and/or sent disputes, file reviews, and consultations)

We further reserve the right to terminate access to services, portals, or communities for clients who file

false or fraudulent disputes, and to pursue any remedies allowed under our Terms & Conditions and

applicable law.

7. Access Issues & Support (Not Refund Grounds)

If you experience technical or access issues (for example: login problems, download errors, broken

links):

• We will work with you to restore access or re-send the materials you purchased

• You must notify us and allow reasonable time for support

Technical or access issues are resolved through support, not refunds or chargebacks.

8. Before You Purchase

Before making a purchase, you are responsible for:

• Reading the product or service description in full

• Asking any questions you have before you pay

• Making sure you understand and accept this No Refund Policy

• Confirming that you are ready and willing to follow the process and provide requested information

If you are unsure, do not complete a purchase until your questions are answered.

9. Your Acknowledgment

By clicking “Purchase,” “Complete Order,” “Pay Now,” or any similar button; signing an agreement or

intake form that references this policy; or submitting payment through any link provided by Integrity

Credit Academy, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy, and

• You will not claim that you were unaware of this policy in any payment dispute or chargeback.
